It seems to me QHoster.com and Owned-networks.net plans are worth trying.
Compared to the large hosting provider my company used before, these hosts are solid and affordable.

Very kind, easy to work with, and exceptional service and value. Centohost.com (http://Centohost.com/) is a nice web host. I haven't had to use technical service but everything else has worked as advertised.

Quality shared hosting plans are available from hostingsource.com and kvchosting.net companies.
Their reputation precedes them and they live up to all the positive words I heard before I signed on. Like these companies a lot.

QHoster.com and libertyvps.net plans are worth trying as their plans are full-featured and cheap.
These guys provide fast international network, friendly technical support and 100% customer satisfaction.

I am really impressed by cloudarion.com (http://cloudarion.com/) SSDVPS web host and the feature-rich web hosting solutions.
Support replies fast with no delays. Also, they have really nice prices for such a level of service.

With those requirements, I think ResellerClub's shared plan should do the trick. But I have a question here, with the given budget you can go for a VPS or some such, why go for a shared then?

I suggest you host.co.in is best for shared hosting

I suggest HostGator. Dedicated IP hosting plans are often shared resource hosting plans, seeing as the nature of the unique IP is not related to the resources you have access to.
