I need a cheap server provider and two hosts are in my mind: kvchosting.net (https://www.kvchosting.net/dedicatedserver.html) and owned-networks.net (https://www.owned-networks.net/dedicated.html), so which one is the best from your point of view?

I found kvchosting.net to be a great hosting service. When I first came across their prices it almost seemed too good to be true.

I am impressed with Tzulo.com dedicated hosting (http://www.tzulo.com/dedicated.html) service. I have been using their service for 8 months - everything works good.
As for their network and server uptime they are really great cos my sites were experiencing downtime only over 10-20 minutes.
