Xeon server $50 cheaper

Have you known any host which provides Xeon server with $50 discount: RZOCT50?
Razorservers dedicated server (http://www.razorservers.com/) was advised me to use.
How do they work? Any info is appreciated!

I have no experience dealing with them and suggest you to make a kind of comparison.. it will help you to make a notion of the market and see what host will be better for your needs.
