Cloud computing requires a reliable internet connection so cloud computing is impossible without an internet connection. When does cloud computing not work as well? Cloud computing will not work as well with low-speed connections. Web-based apps and large documents and images require a lot of bandwidth.

I worked in Cloud computing for some time. I found it is consolidating the computing resources and along with that it felicitate the customers to use it online from anywhere. A lot of pros about cloud computing can be found on internet. I discuss the cons here. Small enterprises who run their business on cloud becomes completely reliable on internet connection.

Security and availability risks also comes with it. Now, that countries adopting their own data policies, it will become another legal hurdle for cloud providers.
