What Indian hosts Do you know?

Hi. I have accounts with a number of good host. But one host went from good to really bad. I'm still building the sites but it's really annoying to have to click refresh 3 to 5 times just to load my sites.

The location is India... what Indian hosts can you suggest me to look at?
I know Grabweb.in and webwerks.in companies.
What Indian host would you choose from these TWO? Why?
