Should I try a VPS from luxhosting.lu or scalahosting.com?

I believe kvchosting.net VPS hosting is pretty good with my sites since the time I have hosted on them.
No downtime yet, maybe a couple of slow-time but service has been fast for me. Lots of space and bandwidth.
