Remote Desktop Won't Connect Suddenly

I need to connect to my remoste desktop and I am using < href="https://www.routerhosting.com/buy-rdp/">Routerhosting RDP server</a>.

When I want to connect to the RDP My PC shut downs.!! can you help?
