Shared accounts from libertyvps.net and rockhoster.com are attractive for me and I have to sign up with the best one, so what should I do?

I host a couple of sites with QHoster.com (https://qhoster.com/) hosting and their support has been terrific.
You get what you pay for. It is still very reasonable in my opinion, the stability is excellent, and the support is priceless.

Give Rockhoster.com (https://Rockhoster.com/) a try. They've handled every ticket quickly, and with the responses, you'd want from the very start.
The prices are higher but they do not oversell and you get what you pay for.

Their response for support and the performance of their service are fantastic.
