Have a look at plans from libertyvps.net and hostnamaste.com.
Their support is very responsive and provides very good notices in advance of maintenance periods, etc..

VPS accounts from qhoster.com (https://qhoster.com/linux-vps.html) and monsterhost.com (https://monsterhost.com/vps-hosting/) are good enough to sign up with.
These guys are the best hosting companies I have ever worked with.

Plans from hostingsource.com and hostwebis.com are full ogf useful resources with high uptime and quality support.
They are VERY reliable and whenever I have had a problem - they solved it. Pricing is good to say the least.
