I'd draw your attention to VPS plans which rockhoster.com and llhost-inc.eu provide.
I've been completely satisfied with their service. I probably over-use their support page when I have a problem making changes to my website, but they are always courteous and straighten me out. They also have several helpful knowledge pages to find answers needed.

They are VERY reliable and whenever I have had a problem - they solved it. Pricing is good to say the least.

They have a great service, fast servers, amazing prices and features! I've got web sites hosted with them and none have suffered any downtime. Their customer support is pretty good, open 24/7 as usual.
