CloudFlare is the best option as it gives you lots of other benefits too.

But I had a very strange issue with my website when I installed Cloudflare, it just stopped working after couple of days

I investigated and found that Cloudflare was not diverting my website traffic to the actual hosted server, so I had to leave Cloudflare

I am using Letsencrypt now and it is working great from last 2 months

the limitation of this is - you have to get new SSL every 3 month
