How to get back my blog in Google Index

I started a blogger and give up updating it around 2 years. Now I need to continue it again. But, my blog homepage URL not in Google index. How to get it back to the index? My blog is online jobs circle.

In the top left, choose a blog to list. From the menu on the left, click Settings. Under "Privacy," turn on Visible to search engines.
