Servers from asvhost.com (https://asvhost.com/dedicated-servers/) and hostingsource.com (https://hostingsource.com/dedicated-servers/) are attractive for me and I have to stick to only one as I plan to host a forum, so what should I do?

Well, hostingsource.com has been a great experience for me. I did a lot of searching before I picked my host and this one looked to be the best pick for me.
Their support responds is within minutes (although i never had any major issues).
Uptime is great.

QHoster.com and hostsailor.com servers are well-balanced and cost not much.
The technical support at them is always great. Their prices are on the high end for the overall service, however.
