Hi Guys,
Can anybody recommend a reliable webhost who supports Ruby on Rails.
Should be able to offer SSL support and unique ip.
Don't need unlimited space or domains, but at least 30-50 Gbs of space and hosting 5-7 domains should be available.
For rails support I like to use jRuby and Torquebox, but Passenger, and at least ruby 2.1 is ok too.
Daily backups of files and DB should be available.
The monthly budget would be around $30-40 (less is of course welcome).
I am interested in VPS or Dedicated offers now.
What are your views on webhost.pro web host (https://webhostpro.com/)? Any reviews? Alternatives?

Best Wishes

I took the plunge with Webhost.pro vps (https://webhost.pro/services/vps-hosting/) and haven't regret a thing. No slow servers, the website is always online and running fast.

I believe there's a sense in making comparison research for their plans.
Well-balanced VPS solutions are offered by Rockhoster.com (https://rockhoster.com/) and also NetShop-isp.com.cy (https://netshop-isp.com.cy/) providers.
The servers are fully-redundant, flexible and scalable, there is no downtime on them. Their technicians are skillful and qualified.

Have to rely on Webhost.pro tech support to set up certain settings, but they are very willing to do so, and they do it promptly upon request. The price for vps hosting (https://webhost.pro/services/vps-hosting/) is excellent.

Just choose the host that suits your needs and provides constant and uninterrupted services and support.
Well-balanced dedicated server hosting solutions are offered by hostingsource.com and also hostnamaste.com web hosts.
You will find out the availability of their systems administrators and send them a support ticket and see how fast they respond.
