Shared plans from libertyvps.net and rockhoster.com are attractive for me and I doubt which way should I follow? Any ideas?

You need to choose a hosting provider whose data center is geographically close to your target audience.
Nice web hosting solutions you'll find at netshop-isp.com.cy (https://netshop-isp.com.cy/) and also hostforweb.com (https:/hostforweb.com/) web hosts. Never experienced any downtime. They have superb reputation and you will have a wonderful experience with them.

Plans from libertyvps.net and qhoster.com are full of useful resources and uptime is high.
I have never experienced any downtime with them. They have been rock solid for me! No seriously.

They are great in all aspects!
1. Speed is very good. Tested on pingdom and found load time is 3s without cache .
2. Live chat support is ok.
3.Ticket response is sometimes quick and slow depending on work time I think.
4. Uptime is good.

Coming to uptime, as over exaggerated as it may sound, I have never faced any downtime. I believe there isn’t much left to ask for. Thumbs up to them from me.
