I really appreciate them, now I realized that moving my hosting to hostingsource.com (https://hostingsource.com/) web host was a clever decision...
I have contacted their support on a number of occasions with a variety of different questions, and all of them have been sorted within the hour, first replies have been within 10 minutes on some instances.

My experience with rockhoster.com (https://rockhoster.com/) has been 100 percent positive. They are really the most friendly hosting provider I have ever worked with.
I've never had a problem with billing and my account gets renewed yearly without problem or additional charges.
