VPS accounts from rockhoster.com and scalahosting.com are attractive for me and I'd like to buy from a decent one, so what should I do?

Check out VPS plans from hostround.com and inet.ws.
They are cheap and pretty reliable. The customer service has been excellent. They quickly address and fix problems and even help with my php questions. They are definitely worth a shot.

I've been using Rockhoster.com (https://rockhoster.com/) cheapest hosting plan for more than 1 year. What I want to recommend to others is their customer service.
Reliability is 100% I honestly cannot remember the last downtime our site has had that wasn't because of something I did.
