Hello everyone, looking for a long term ecommerce hosting that's reliable and has a great customer support. By great customer support I mean getting a response within a few hours not waiting days to hear back. Below are minimum specs I will need for my projects although they can be altered but I think these are good starters. Require: 30 gb+ SSD, 2 TB+ bandwidth, 6 gb Ram, 2+ IP addresses. Do you know anything about Webhostpro.com ecommerce hosting (https://webhostpro.com/ecommerce-web-hosting) service?
Any recommendations of any kinds are very welcome.
Thank you all in advance.

If I were you I would choose VPS as solution and Hostingsource.com as provider for this. Moreover, here they are offering some good deals:

No doubt, Webhostpro.com is extremely reliable and the sites go up fast and stay up. Their cpanel web hosting (https://webhostpro.com/web-hosting) are affordable and feature-rich.
The support team is the same techs that set up and manage the servers. This means faster, higher quality support when you need it.

If you’re looking for a long-term ecommerce hosting service, WebHostPro is decent, but reviews are mixed when it comes to support speed. Some users get quick replies, while others report delays, so it really depends on your plan and situation.
If your target audience is in Asia, I’d recommend going with a Singapore-based host for better speed and support. For example, you can check out Oryon’s Business Web Hosting ( https://oryon.net/business-web-hosting/) they specialize in web hosting Singapore, provide reliable uptime, and have responsive customer support that usually replies within minutes.

A key feature of hostpro.com shared hosting is the backup system—daily copies are stored for 30 days. That allows easy recovery of a file or entire environment. Hosting runs on NVMe SSDs, offering strong performance for blogs, e-commerce, or WordPress. Clients can use cPanel or DirectAdmin, with 24/7 support included.

When evaluating VPS providers, the quality of technical support is a top priority. I've found the team at hostpro.com to be highly qualified they provide free, around-the-clock assistance and have helped me with everything from simple questions to complex configurations.
