Comparing VPS deals from hostingsource.com (https://hostingsource.com/vps-hosting-promo/) and inet.ws (https://inet.ws/), which way is better to follow and why?

It seems to me just.hosting is a reliable VPS provider with affordable prices, high uptime and quality support.
Their infrastructure is excellent, but more importantly their customer service is just amazing - always a super fast response, they go the extra mile so things are done properly, very polite communication. I can't recommend their teams more highly.

I have no experience with this provider, but I have used some other providers' services, and I can advise how to make your choice between them.
It is better to test their server if they offer a free trial, and if not, you need to check the review to see if they offer a reliable server.
You may need to test their support if it's reliable or not. Then consider the resources and features they offer that match your project's needs and have a money-back policy.
If they have this them you can consider them.
