I need a VPS primarily for an application with a fairly active PostgreSQL database. The application itself isn’t particularly CPU-intensive, but there are a lot of small database operations.

I have around €30/month to spend and would prefer the Netherlands. Hostpro.com caught my attention because their NVMe VPS plans are specifically positioned around fast storage, and they also use KVM virtualization.

Would you prioritize 8 GB RAM and NVMe storage over having more CPU cores for this type of workload?

I think, attractive offers are not the only factor you should depend while selecting a host. You should check the reliability and the quality of service also.
You can get affordable VPS (https://gthost.com/vps) at GTHost.com web host. The website is convenient, user friendly and most of all they will get you setup up in a web site hosting package that's both affordable and reliable.

HostPro.com VPS infrastructure combines KVM virtualization, NVMe storage and daily backups with 24/7 technical support. Full root access also gives administrators complete control over the server environment.

The big thing for me is the uptime, and reliability, alongside good prices (in comparison with quality) and I also like to see some good support just for peace of mind.
