I desgn Mobile Related Website and have done lots of work but my site is not index can anyone help me which SEO tool i used for website index.

You should have to do directories submission especially submit your website at DMOZ and Jazmine like directories. Also do search engine submission for your website.

When its new site you have to wait. May be you can do business directory sont spam much by getting backlinks from low quality sites.
