Do you know any good web hosting provider which offers secure and affordable Linux VPS hosting plans?
My requirements are 500GB bandwidth and 30GB disk space.
I have found out ChicagoVPS.net, but don't really know if I could trust them.
Do you know them? Are they good for VPS hosting service?

How much RAM do you need? Also are you looking for something that's reliable and always up?

Is the charge made according to actual usage or are you expected to pre-pay for a potential overage? It is better not to go for hosts that expect you to prepay for overages, since it is very hard to forsee when your site will exceed its bandwidth and by how much.

One of the best VPS hosts (http://www.jumpline.com/) I know is Jumpline.com - The price is very reasonable compared to other hosts I've seen.
They are offering 50% off the price on their VPSs now.
Contact them directly, they are able to customize any services/features you may need.

Use a VPS (http://www.readymakers.com/vps.html)from readymakers.com.
They have SAS drives and have 5-day money back guarantee!
Prices are affordable and support is active.

Try narrowing your list of options by looking at the cheapest web host package that can meet your needs at the same time. Do not compromise what had been planned about for the web site just to meet the level of what can just be offered with the cheap web hosting package.

It seems to me ChicagoVPS (http://chicagovps.net/) is fine for meeting all your needs. Servers are solid and network is fully-redundant. Uptime is high and support is skilful.

No, the web host is unknown. So if you are looking for better, low price, and secure linux vps hosting, 4Goodhosting.com is my recommendation because their server uptime is 99.9% in uptime with lightning speed performance.

Quality VPS deals are available from readymakers.com (http://www.readymakers.com/vps.html) and santrex.net (https://www.santrex.net/vps_premium.php).
Servers are rock-solid and prices are modest.
There are SAS drives on their servers and their uptime is high.

Feel Free to narrow the list of providers you are looking at...As for me, I did the same till oneday some of my relatives suggested that I should focus on what they claimed to be the Best Dedicated Server 2012 !!

Think that you will not regret having looked at hostforweb.com cheap VPS (http://hostforweb.com/vps/index.php) plans.
I found them in hosting offers section here. IMHO, it gives the best mix of pricing, customer support and has a good user interface.
