There are lots of online tools are available for checking dofollow and nofollow on Google Chrome and Mozilla browsers. You just search addons where you will easily find tools.

Use plugin and tool to check dofollow and nofollow links, I have used quirk searchstatus tool in my Mozila browser it highlight the nofollow link on webpage.

Yes absolutely there are tools on browsers that can check whether the site is dofollow or nofollow. One of my suggestion is SEOquake.

I'm using DoNofollow addon for Firefox.
It's working very good
If you use mozilla firefox then easily add this add on : SearchStatus

Do-follow and no-follow check is very easy select your link and right click and after that goes to inspect element so you checked a that one link do-follow and no-follow check it out.

You can check your no follow and do follow links by using search status tool at Mozilla fire fox.

Well you only need to right click the link and then click on properties, after that you will be able to read or see if the highlighted links is a no follow or do follow.

I use NoDoFollow 1.1. It's an extension used in Mozilla. The red color indicates "no follow" and and another color indicates follow.
Also, you can check it by the following method: ( It's manual checking, might be hectic)
1) Go to the link and hover a mouse over it and click right click the mouse and click "inspect element"
2) Check the code and if href says "nofollow" any where then it's no follow link.

in html code (after right clicking) you will see rel='nofollow' or nothing of rel attribute.

There are a lot of tools used for this purpose like SEO book. In fire fox, you can also install plugin search status and check the do-follow and no-follow links of any page or website.
