In my personal opinion, they both are good however selection choice depends upon your requirements, like simple net has a starting package of $4.99 so it might be more affordable however if you check the online reviews Brixly is favored for having better support and speed. I think if you are starting up and have a small site go for Simplenet otherwise for larger project and greater number of traffic go for Bixly
