Looking for affiliate and review partners - terms posted below

Hello all. I'm Franco, I handle channel and affiliate partnerships at Zenlayer. We run a self-service cloud, elastic compute and bare metal, and we're actively looking for partners. I'm posting the actual terms here rather than asking people to get in touch to find out what they are, since that seems to be the usual frustration with these threads.

Who we're looking for

Review and comparison sites, deal and coupon sites, technical bloggers, YouTube and community channels. Size matters less to us than whether the audience actually buys infrastructure. A small site with real readers is worth more to us than a large one without.

The terms

We set aside 30% to be shared between the partner and the partner's audience, and we're flexible about how that 30% is split. The default arrangement is 10% recurring commission to you and a 20% discount for your readers. If your audience responds better to a bigger commission and a smaller reader discount, say so and we'll talk about moving the split. The commission is recurring, not a one-off bounty at signup.

What you get

A dedicated tracking code and your own landing page. A test account, so any review you write is based on your own measurements rather than our marketing copy, including the parts that don't flatter us. Direct contact with me rather than a ticket queue.

What we ask

Real content rather than a rewrite of our spec sheet. Disclosure of the affiliate relationship, which most of you do already. No cookie stuffing and no bidding on our brand terms.

One thing worth saying plainly, because it will save us both time. We're strongest across Asia Pacific and Latin America - Singapore, Jakarta, Manila, Ho Chi Minh City, Sao Paulo and Bogota among them - and we're comparatively unknown in the US and Western Europe. If your audience is entirely US-based, we're probably not the most interesting provider for you to write about. If a meaningful part of it sits in Southeast Asia or Latin America, we're likely to be one of the few providers with an actual local presence there rather than a relabelled Singapore or Miami node.
