What is the main difference between web design and graphic design?

Web design it means a simple webpage which can be created by HTM, CSS. But Graphic Design includes Images, logos, Banners. Web design is used for website and Graphic Design is used for print media as well as website.

The designer uses a set of communication tools to convey a message from a client or business to a specific audience. and Web Design is to create a website on the Internet. Web designers who work in business creation and implementation of their websites. They serve only to web sites. A web designer designs the content and graphic images displayed on the Internet in the form of a web page.

There is only one important difference between the two. Graphic design is designing with a static final product in mind. Web design is designing with usability and interactivity in mind. Web design will have to utilize graphic design techniques for certain aspects but differs in that need for the ability of interactivity to succeed.

In normal routine we design any thing that is graphic design, but if we design specially for business websites its called web design. In web designing we use similar tools but way of design is different from graphic designing.

Graphic design incorporates logos and print outline. Graphic design incorporates anything on the planet that you see that has been made and printed. This could be ads, magazines, daily paper layouts, daily paper ads, announcements, logos, leaflets, and books, decals you find on toys, CD names & booklets, motion picture publications, along these lines significantly more.
