CleanMyPC by MacPaw is indeed a good choice if you are on windows. It's not free but its totally worth the money.
I'm a Mac user and has been using CleanMyMac since the last reformat I performed on my iMac. I already cleared 8.75GB of 'unwanted' stuffs and caches.
You should really give CleanMyPC a try, they do have the free trial of it.
