Well, my experience with aspnix.com has been nothing but superb. Server uptime 99.99% and support i rarely use it since i am a webmaster.

Go with 4Goodhosting as they are reputable web host. They offer very reasonable priced Windows hosting plans. Both upload and download speeds are incredibly fast, and feature rich. I highly recommend their hosting services, not only that their server is reliable but also they have fast and very friendly support team.
4Goodhosting I think is a new one. I never found their Homepage too. Or had they been rebranded?
