What is best software to develop a website ?

For web designing and development, a Dreamweaver is the best software and if there is large lines of code in a web page then Edit+ is the best software to develop a site.

I'm using Dreamweaver. This is my personal experience that since I'm using this software I never have any problem with that. Moreover it is very easy to use and mostly people use this software for designing website. However, there are many other softwares are available for designing websites.

According to my developing experience I prefer Dreamweaver because it is the industry standard. It is possible to use Photoshop for making designs and I like both these amazing software.
