Cheap server to sign up with ...

ASVhost.com and KVChosting.net are attractive for me and I have to select the best one for hosting a blog, so which way is better to follow?

What are your requirements though? resellerclub's shared hosting plans are cheap...also VPS server. But unless you tell me specifics, it will be tough to figure.
