I chose GTHost.com dedicated hosting about 2 years ago and they have been all that I could hope for, with absolutely no problems since I moved to their hosting service.
USA - 10 locations: Ashburn, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Santa Clara, Seattle. Canada - 3 locations: Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver. Europe - 4 locations: Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Paris.
