I’ve been looking for a while for a reputable firm to help me set up a company in the UAE, and I’ve seen the name Daftime come up several times in hosting reseller groups (people who also offer white-label hosting to clients in the Middle East). Apparently, they’re quite helpful with company formation, local tax matters, and all that... but I can’t seem to find any concrete feedback from people who’ve actually used them. I run a small web hosting business in Europe, and I want to open a subsidiary in Dubai to bill international clients under a more favorable tax structure. So does Daftime handle both the legal and accounting aspects? Or are they geared more toward large companies? If anyone has worked with them for a modest-sized business, say, with about ten business clients I’d be really interested in hearing your feedback.
