I need a server for a CRM system for a company with about 100 users.

The system runs on PHP + MySQL and includes documents, reports, an API, and integrations with other services.

I’m thinking about 6 CPU cores / 16 GB RAM / 250 GB NVMe.

I’m currently comparing several options, including hostpro.com. How critical is disk speed here, and is it worth getting an NVMe drive with a large margin in terms of IOPS?
